Petro Hitech Kish have full experienced strategies regarding the construction of energy industries plants with more that 5,000 man-day man-power in peak point of activities scheduling. Preparation of execution plans for the minimizing of Construction Costs and Construction Timing help the Owner to hold a perfect Site Mechanical Completion (SMC) for whole of construction period and site works.
Organization of responsible and effective site management teams in performing of all Construction, Equipment Installation, and Site Manpower Management (SMM) in parallel with Construction and Installation equipment/tools, facilitate the Owner to have complete confidence for the awarded works.
Although the actual construction only starts after the opening of Project Site, the Home Office construction activities are overlapping with engineering execution and procurement phase. The construction department participates in the development of the Plot Plan and in all planning activities; so that the requested site delivery dates are assured. Also the final selection of Construction Sub-Contractors take place in this phase.
After site opening, site sub-Contractors commence at first their work under management and supervision of Petro Hitech Kish. During this phase the materials will arrive at site, be temporary stored, registered end eventually erected.
Petro Hitech Kish’s Site Project Control Manager is responsible for all site activities and reports on monthly basis to the Owner and Petro Hitech Kish’s Management until start of Commissioning. Petro Hitech Kish’s Commissioning Manager do at the end of the construction phase and under guidance of the Petro Hitech Kish’s Construction Manager, supervise all preparatory work, tests, flushing, etc., in order to prepare the Plant ready for Performance Test. Petro Hitech Kish’s Commissioning Manager also perform Performance Test to verify guarantee figure specified in the Owner instructions under assistance of specialists such as Venders, Petro Hitech Kish and/or Process Licensors at the stable operation conditions.
